HUNTER DOUGLAS


The Lifetime Limited Warranty from Hunter Douglas covers defects in materials and artisanship for as long as you own the products.


The warranty also offers full coverage for the following:

  • Internal mechanisms.
  • Components and brackets.
  • Fabric delamination.
  • Operational cords for seven years from the purchase date.
  • Motorized components for five years from purchase date.
  • Repair or replacement with similar parts and products.

ALTA WINDOW FASHIONS


Alta Window Fashions offers a Limited Lifetime Product Warranty for as long as the consumer owns the products.


The warranty covers:

  • Internal mechanisms, components, and brackets.
  • Fabric delamination.
  • Operational cords, ladders, and tapes for seven years from purchase.
  • Motorization components and accessories, excluding batteries, for five years from purchase.
  • Specialty shades for one year.
  • Shutters for 25 years.

Norman®


Norman® offers a three-year warranty for fading, discoloring, and chipping products with paints, stains, or finishes designated as premium colors, except for Woodlore® Shutters, which have lifetime coverage. Honeycomb shades are under warranty for three years, while motorized components are covered for five. Operational cords have a seven-year warranty against fraying.
